I have tried several turmeric products including those that contain black pepper for increase absorption and this is by far the best due to the decrease in joint pain during exercise. I am able to lift heavier weights. I take it before exercise and in the evening before bedtime on non-workout days.

I've taken turmeric for over 10 years for it's natural anti-inflammatory benefits.
