I found it to work very well in helping me recover and it has now become part of my daily routine as I find I'm less sore and remain more flexible after physical activity and training. The only issue everyone should be aware of is that the orange color of the product is very, very easy to get on your hands and transfer to any clothing or surface you touch and it will create stains so you must be careful to wipe down the bottle and thoroughly rinse your hands after each use or you'll regret it.

The liquid tumeric is the easiest and most enjoyable way of getting what I need with the added bonus of vitamin C. And it tastes pretty good straight out of the bottle (be sure to shake well before each use).

I was making my own tumeric concoctions and sometimes not taking it because I did not have time to make it. Then I started to take tumeric in tablet form. I really prefer to have the liquid and I do not miss a day because it is so easy to take. My husband started taking it everyday also. It really helps with our joint pain and inflammation.
