I had read reviews about this product and like most people was skeptical. I started taking the liquid doses about 2 months ago and at first there was no obvious change. Then it hit me, each time i got out of bed, and each time I got up after an extended session of sitting at my work desk, I had little to know joint pain, and more importantly I felt more energetic. To test the results, I stopped taking it for about a week and indeed my back started hurting and my energy level was lower. Restarted the doses and back to feeling great. You simply MUST try this product, and give it time to work.

At 58 my workout program still includes running, rowing, deadlifts and squats, and so joint health and longevity has to be part of the strategy to keep it going.

I recently had an outpatient surgery on my varicose veins. I strongly believe that this product not only helped me with the post op inflammation, but it helped me heal quicker than usual. I plan to share this information on my first post op appointment with my surgeon.

At first, I was skeptical about buying this product because I'm not a FAN of ginger and truly dislike its taste and I had heard that turmeric is similar to ginger (and maybe related to it). But, my sister encouraged me to try it for its anti-inflammatory benefits. She also told me that it's orange flavored and doesn't taste like ginger. I believed her, bought the product and was pleasantly surprised! It wasn't bad and didn't taste like ginger at all! After taking it for a week now, I feel that my energy level is up and it's been helping to lessen my arthritis symptoms and pain. I'm encouraged, excited and will continue to take this product. :)

It tastes so good I want to take more than recommended, but I don't. I have high cholesterol and take this in addition to Cholestoff and my levels have dropped more than I expected.
