No Valve included like the picture says

Filter kit with Cartridge. I purchased this item and they send you the cartridge but no valve included just the cartridge by itself\,returned and wait for the money.

We are sorry you experienced this issue. We audited units in our own warehouse and find that they do include the valve as indicated, but errors can happen with individual boxes despite best efforts. Feel free to contact our customer service or the original retailer to get a replacement, the valve shipped to you, or a refund.
