Boudin use it all the time good flavor

Great flavor! The only brand of store bought boudin that I buy!

great for the grill. my favorite way to cook is actually in an air fryer. 10 minutes at 300 degrees. crispy skin, great flavor, awesome boudin. I usually eat it casing and all while still hot. also beyond great if you remove boudin from casing and put it on poboy bread. I know it sounds crazy, but if you are from south louisiana you know what a boudin poboy is!!

It tasted like vinegar. It was our first time trying Boudin, so I didn't know what it was supposed to taste like. Nobody in my family enjoyed it. I checked the label %26 see that there was nothing that should taste that way. I'm hoping we don't end up with food poisoning. I won't be buying this again.

It went bad too fast. I’ve bought this same brand of boudin from other stores and it lasted much longer. I don’t know why it happened. Could’ve been too close to expiration date.

This used to a proud Louisiana product. Now, mixed with uncooked rice and mistery ingredients. Do not buy.
