Nice tire

This is definitely a great tire, my previous set of Bridgestones lasted for over 60,000 miles on my Suburban.

Improved my love of my car

I bought my 2021 Mazda CX-9 used. Liked the car a lot and it drives like a smaller vehicle. After 1,000 miles I thought the brakes were grinding. Took it into a dealer and he said my tires were "chopped," whatever that is. But i did feel them, they were rough and i trusted the dealer. The grinding noise was coming from those tires, cheap ones put on by the dealer that sold the car. I bought four new Bridgestone Alenza AS Ultra and it's almost unbelievable the difference in how the vehicle drives and handles. It's now a joy to drive.

Overall good tire

I bought ALENZA AS ULTRA 265/50R20 as replacement for original ECOPIA H/L 422 PLUS. With Ecopia I had 69.000 miles at time of replacement, could do couple more K but did not want to push the limit as they were rated to last up to 70K miles. Alenza so far has really good comfort ride, it is more quiet than Ecopia, provide good stability and so far, I am happy with performance and buy. Drove a little bit on snow and tire had good traction, I hope Alenza to last at least as previous tires I had. The only reason why is getting 4 star and not 5 is that my mileage per gallon went down about 15-20%.

Comfortable but low tread life tires

These came with my Audi eTron and were very comfortable. The tread life was very low considering the site mentions 70k mileage. I got around 29k out of them. Doesn't seem to be a good tire choice for heavy cars, which most luxury vehicles are heavier.

Customer Service

I was very disappointed that I did not receive a call from the Tire Center when my car was ready also when I arrived at the center to pick up my car the young lady was very rude (like I interrupted her work) I told her that I had not received a call when my vehicle was ready she said that Matt should have called that it was not her job. Also when I tried to call the center to see if my car was ready the call went to a call center so I was unable to talk to anyone locally. Very poor customer service!

REALLY Quick Burnout

Bought these tires after my continentals wore out. I have only driven on the, 17,000 miles and they are rated for 80k. They didn't even last 25% of their rated mileage. They were good in the rain. But since wearing out so quickly and shuttering towards the end of their life, I would definitely not recommend these tires to anyone. I just drive to and from school, errands and basic driving and they only lasted such a short mileage and they are not cheap either. When I asked about credit from the Warranty for the fast burn out, they gave me $150 off total!! a joke really

Awesome tire but........

This is the best tire I have ever owened. My rating was based on the road hazzard warranty on a 6000 mile tire that could not be repaired. It cost me another $100+ to replace it. I believe the tire could have been saved or replacement should not have cost so much. Either way I am totaly satisfied with the tire and not the service center.

Tires bald at 20,000 miles

These tires come stock on the BMW IX. I have now had to replace 4 tires at just over 20k miles. This website says there is an 80k limited warranty; however, BMW tells me these tires have no mileage warranty. This feels like a scam to get people to change their tires every year. Who can afford this? Very disappointed.

Very Disappointed

I purchased these tires to replace the set my vehicle came with. They are rated for 75000-80000 miles, which was a major factor when buying. 35000 miles later the tread is shot! I drive the speed limit and am not a reckless driver. It was a complete waste of money buying these horrible tires. I now switched to Goodyear, as I have had very good usage on my trucks. A much better ride, very quiet and a lot cheaper. I'll never waste my time or money on Bridgestone again.
