Not Impressed

This was an incredibly poor experience, made worse by negligent senior management. The tires themselves are fine. However, there were multiple customer service issues and my car was seriously damaged while in the care of this location. First, my reservation time was not honored due to their firing an employee, causing disruption to my work day. Then when I brought my car in at the time they decided and requested (customers own schedules don't seem to concern them), they told me I would have to wait longer than normal for my install because they were double booked. And then at the end their equipment wasn't even working to print out my receipt and warranty info. On top of all of that, while in their care my car sustained over $3,000 worth of damage. Although the damage was not their fault directly, the lack of empathy or concern, as well as a complete lack of follow-up by the management of this club, was startling. I have tried multiple times to contact the club manager, leaving multiple messages, but the club manager won't return my calls. I'm currently in the process of attempting to contact Sam's Club headquarters to follow up on the discussion around my customer service issues during this visit. I guess I'll find out if Sam's Club HQ cares any more about customer service than the club manager does...
