They keep changing the formula. Lower the DV% on certain things like copper but add ferrous sulfate. I can’t drink Ensure as fiber in that form makes me sick. I was 79 lbs and have been using these shakes to stay alive. Consider this please.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First time having boost, the taste was very good, the protein is a good level lots of protien drinks have a lot less. I had it for a breakfast substitute, and it kept me satisfied for hours.

I tried the chocolate flavor which has an amazing creamy taste. But all 15g sugar is added sugar (2 of its top 5 ingredients are sugar: glucose syrup and sugar). Unless they remove added sugar from their ingredient list, I’m out.

I drink the high protein strawberries and creme because it taste great and it gives me the extra vitamins and energy I need. It also helps with muscle mass.
