After abdominal surgery, I was told to have 3 protein shakes, like Boost. I read the ingredients. Glucose syrup? Canola oil? It’s easy to buy plain protein powder, milk, and chocolate syrup and mix. Add coffee for the mocha. Sugar for sweetness.

They keep changing the formula. Lower the DV% on certain things like copper but add ferrous sulfate. I can’t drink Ensure as fiber in that form makes me sick. I was 79 lbs and have been using these shakes to stay alive. Consider this please.

I've had several tests and had to be in a liquid diet for 1 to 2 days. I choose the Boost high protein in creamy Strawberry. It was good flavor and help me full.

This product has WAY too much sugar! Switch to Premier Protein: 30 grams protein, 3 grams fat, 1 gram sugar. Delicious and creamy, not slimy like Boost.
