[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] boost is a complete nutritional drink that tastes great. it has a rich chocolate flavor. i was gald it listed all 26 vitamins and minerals. only 240 calories. no trans fat! 220mg sodium. also it is gluten free. this drink helps supports lean muscle. it is made by a company i trust - Nestle. it has a long shelf life.

The grams of carbohydrates and the amount of sugars is also higher than I'd prefer in a meal replacement. Overall, merely average and doesn't stand out.

This was a better consistency than I’m used to. I liked the chocolate coffee flavour of the one I tried. I would bring this to work for those days when I’m snacky all day.

They have a lot of vitamins in them they come with protein in them. This is like a meal in a bottle. I can take this with me on the go. I miss a meal. This is my go to.

Bring back the old formula with regular sugar or at least still offer it as an option. The new formula tastes terrible but worse than that, it now causes me cramping and diarrhea. Used to drink 1 daily no problem and now tastes bad AND makes me sick.

Sucralose aka Splenda is a no no in the health world. Very controversial. I gave this a 4 star because the mobility version has sucralose but this one doesn’t have the collagen! Come on boost, get your ingredients consistent and get rid of the bad stuff and add the good!

This makes it super easy. I liked the ingerdients and that it contains 20grams of protein. I think these are great to have on hand. Good for quick options when you need a nutritional drink. I personally prefer mixing my own for the flavor, but this is an okay chocolate drink.
