Boost has a lot of nutrients our bodies need to keep us strong. I received the Chocolate Boost drink and it was very tasty, the texture was very similar to chocolate milk. It is easy to open and it doesn't have to be stored in the refrigerator until you want it chilled. I have only used 1 bottle so far, I will have to update on the effects but I'm looking forward to it!!!

The chocolate flavor is perfect, taste really natural and it is not sweet, just perfect. And I feel like it gives me full energy, I don't feel groggy. This is great drink to boost your energy. I highly recommend this drink.

Was a nice thing to have when you need a little pick me up but not very hungry! Has good 26 vitamins and 20g. protein! Only draw back is the 15 grams of sugar, I am diabetic so have to watch my sugar intake! I would drink from time to time!

The grams of carbohydrates and the amount of sugars is also higher than I'd prefer in a meal replacement. Overall, merely average and doesn't stand out.

This was very smooth and the taste actually tasted like chocolate. I did notice a change in my energy level within an hour or so after drinking. I would highly recommend this product over others I have tried.

It has a nice nutritional profile with 20 grams of protein as well. It is a good drink to have after a workout or even in place of breakfast in the morning. It has a great chocolate flavor that is not gritty or bad tasting and its packed with protein. I felt more energized , alive and awake and no bad after taste I love it and will definately be buying it again
