Along with protein it provides me with plenty of vitamins and minerals that I need. I actually really like the taste. It’s smooth and creamy and easy to drink. I especially like the chocolate flavor which tastes like a decadent treat to me. So tasty!

I've tried protein drinks in the past and they usually come in chocolate, strawberry, and vanilla. Drinking this out of the bottle, my first sense was an overload of minerals or a protein smell. It's hard to describe, but it was off-putting. Continuing to drink, I realized that the drink is smooth, and that the mocha flavor is just right. If you can get used to the smell of it at first, then I think you'll enjoy the mocha flavor as you get a great dose of protein for your day!

This makes it super easy. I liked the ingerdients and that it contains 20grams of protein. I think these are great to have on hand. Good for quick options when you need a nutritional drink. I personally prefer mixing my own for the flavor, but this is an okay chocolate drink.
