I drank it cold, which I believe is best or even over ice or used as a smoothy. The taste was rich and not chalky at all. The flavor was yummy, and I would recommend this for anyone who perhaos fasts or those that need an extra BOOST! :)

The vanilla has a carmelized flavor that isn't too overbearing and it has just the right amount of sweetness (some other similar products are way too sweet). It also doesn't have an unpleasant after-taste like other similar products I've tried in the past.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Boost is a good way to get protein as advised by my physician, my protein level were low that I needed to take 3 cans a day, this is a rich chocolate drink that doesn’t taste powdery or artificial, it’s really sweet tasting, it’s texture is thick. It’s packaged nicely not a tin can like it used to be, it can be effective when you need protein in your diet, I really like the way boost taste, packaged and the flavors they carry, I had the vanilla which is good too, it’s best when refrigerated, my next try will be the Cinnabon. The nutrients and nutritional value are on the package.
