Nice to have

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the ring around a month ago, as I want to do HRV and sleep tracking. Unfortunately, the HRV metrics are not available first thing in the morning. The insights I am getting are not really new to me, as I have a Garmin Fenix with a lot of similar features. Activity detection (without the phone) is not great - a lot of my workouts are not being picked up, despite my HR rising significantly / movement is involved. Maybe should've gotten a whoop instead. Ring looks quite nice, but scratched fast.

Great daily insight

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my ring for almost a year and I’ve loving it so far being able to see my sleep data everyday and know what I can do to improve it. Along with I love that I can use it to track my steps and workouts and don’t have to wear anything else.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this ring in November and overall it’s fine, but I don’t think it’s super accurate. If I charge it overnight, it will still say that I slept and gave me a sleep score but I wasn’t wearing it. This has happened multiple times. It’s nice to wear and not bulky on uncomfy. Also I think the goals/metrics are mostly for walking, I don’t think it tracks other activity well. Also my charge will only last a day if I try and log any activity.

Love the heart age health!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love the ring it’s helped me improve my sleeping pattern and help with my overall focus on my health. My only issue is the charging dock, I don’t know why when I put it on the dock I have to keep moving it to keep it charging. Don’t know if I’m doing something wrong or what.

Ultrahuman Ring Air is very helpful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Ultrahuman Ring Air. It provides me with great insight on a lot of health data. It also tells me how to improve my scores when they are not the best. One of my favorite things about the ring is my sleep score and how that affects my caffeine window.

good features but could aways improve

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i got the ring in april & i mainly got it to try to conceive but all the other features are AMAZING!! i love the sleep tracking & it’s on the money with tracking my cycle. the only thing that i feel isn’t the most accurate is the step counting, i always feel like i do way more but i will look half through my day at work (as a medical assistant) there’s barely 1,500 steps by my lunch so if you’re looking for that aspect i think a fitbit or apple watch may be better. the sleekness of it being a ring was the other reason to get it. i’ve also started to notice some inconsistencies with the battery life & sometimes it will drain very quickly other times it will take like a week and a half or it takes forever to charge. i cant judge it too hard though because the health rings are new technology so i am so sure it will only get better!

Highly recommend

I’ve had my ring for a month now and it’s dramatically improved my sleep and recovery. The caffeine window is a helpful feature and the movement score makes me more likely to get extra steps in. I’ve found the ring great for tracking runs and your zone training but the only con so far is that I have to remove the ring when I am at the gym so it doesn’t scratch.

A Strong Start with Room for Accuracy Improvements

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Ultrahuman Ring Air is an impressive concept with solid potential, but its accuracy varies depending on what you’re tracking. Here’s my experience: What It Gets Right: • Resting Heart Rate: Very close to my Apple Watch readings, which is reassuring. • Sleep Temperature: Reliable for tracking temperature shifts during the night. Where It Struggles: • Sleep Tracking: Sleep duration and stages feel inconsistent. I can wake multiple times in a night, yet the ring reports a full 7 hours. It’s better for spotting overall trends rather than precise sleep scoring. Other Highlights: • No Mandatory Subscription: A big plus compared to many competitors. There’s a fee for deeper insights, but core data is accessible without ongoing costs. • App Insights: The guidance on recovery and health trends is practical and helpful. • Comfort: Lightweight and comfortable; I hardly notice I’m wearing it. Bottom Line: This ring is a great tool for trend tracking and recovery insights, especially if you want a screen-free experience without a subscription. Just know it’s not perfect yet for detailed sleep or workout tracking. The good news? The company is actively improving the product, so accuracy may get better over time.
