Toddler enjoys cut up tofu in his scrambled eggs as a substitute for processed meats. I enjoy it many ways. Cut into 1" squares and combine with chopped tomatoes, chopped fishcake, chopped taegu, 1 tsp. sesame oil & shoyu and nori furikake sprinkled over it. You can cut in 2" strips, roll in baking powder and fry in olive oil on all sides and eat with a dip. Or, make Pork Tofu with Aburage, Chop Suey mix and sauce.So, so much one can do with Tofu!

Been trying to eat healthier! Tofu is a great protein option! Been using it in Chili, frying it first for hamburger stew is not bad!
