Great length and lots of sparkle

Bought this chain for my son. He loved it, not too thin and great length.

Arrived with no tags, too lightweight and looked cheap.

The necklace was nice for the price but after I ordered it, I received a very similar (but nicer) 20” necklace as a gift. I immediately took it to my local Sam’s to return it. They said because it was purchased online, I had to return it the same way. I do understand this policy but I was not aware of it. There is no link to return it so I called customer service. They placed me on hold to contact the vendor but couldn’t get them to answer. The CS rep said she would email them so to call back in 72 hrs. I called back 4 days later and was told the exact same thing a second time. The only thing reason I purchased the necklace from Sam’s is because I thought it would be easy to return if I didn’t want it. I am very disappointed that Sam’s is using vendors that will not respond back to them. I have been a Sam’s customer for 38 years and I am very surprised by the lack of effort to make this right.

Very Disappointed in quality, weight, and packaging. No tags whatsoever on the two necklaces I purchased as gifts for my daughters. Cheap display and box. Jewelry and boxes looks like it all could have come $ store shelf.
