[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product is fairly lightweight and works well but i find it can loose suction when the water reservoir gets low and it leaves the carpet more wet than my last Bissell (ProHeat Lift Off)

Love this machine, the only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because the cleaning solution tank is smaller than I had hoped. If you have large areas to clean, you will be refilling it often.

We bought two of these to use at school for quick clean ups. I have one of my own at home and it is great there as well. It is easy to put together and extremely easy to use!
