We are happy with this carpet cleaner. On our carpets, including deep shag, we use the reduced flow setting. With the hand held attachment we use the full flow setting, this also worked great in the car.

I was excited to use this for the first time. It got a shocking amount of grime out of an area rug. Very intuitive to use and clearly effective. Worth the money for sure.

Super easy to use. Does an amazing job and the carpets dries fairly quickly. I have three kids, two dogs and one cat. This helps me keep things so clean.
