I have a hard time getting to sleep and staying asleep.  While there are many options available, this just happens to be my preference, especially since I have a large assortment of supplements that take throughout the day.  It just nice to not have one more pill.   It gets the job done, allowing me to fall asleep sooner and sleep a bit more soundly.

This stuff is pretty awesome.Definitely helps you get some zzz. But you're not tired Nor do you wake up and feel sluggish or not with it you feel rested. Has someone with parkinson's who hardly ever gets any sleep because of How bad the parkinson's has gotten. Is it's been a life saver

I've had difficulty sleeping for years and was introduced to ZzzQuil as a method to assist me with sleeping better and have discovered that it actually works, and I've been using this product for over 5 years and although I don't require it daily it's always available when my insomnia exceeds two or more days and I highly recommend this product.

Great product. I do believe it IS habit forming. I've been taking it for about 6 months, and now I can't go to sleep without it. It does work well. I take it about 30 minutes to an hour before I want to go to sleep. I don't feel like it's working until I lie down and get settled to go to sleep, then I'm suddenly asleep. It's not hard to wake up in the morning or even if I wake up and have to go to the bathroom. Then I go right back to sleep when I get back to bed. It works perfectly.

NyQuil zzzz

I love this! Sometimes I have trouble falling asleep because I work overnight shifts. This is so yummy and gets me to sleep in about 20-30 minutes, if that. The best part is it keeps me asleep and I don't wake up feeling groggy, I typically wake up feeling quite rested.

My husband struggles with the occasional sleeplessness. Well, more than occasionally. Zzzquil absolutely saved his sanity. He claims this not only helps him fall asleep, but calms his mind and body down so he's able to get a good nights rest

Really helps get to sleep. No foggy feeling the next morning. The Warming Berry has the best flavor. All the others are pretty hard to swallow.

Works great

I find myself taking this every night. It makes me relax so I am able to go to sleep.  It does not make overly sleepy.  If I get up in the middle of the night I can lay back down and go back to sleep.

good sleep aide!

Prior to change of bottle size (of course smaller), one drink and you would feel the effect very quickly, sleep well with no tiredness in the morning.  Now. you don't feel effect, don't help with the sleep and you feel tired in the morning.  NOT ONY HAVE THE SIZE CHANGED... Too bad - Please change back or stop making this version as it really doesn't work.
