When you don't feel well, there is nothing better for a sour stomach than some crackers. Keebler® Zesta® Saltines (16 oz, 3 ct.) are the perfect accompaniment for soup to eat when you don't feel well. This box contains three pounds of crackers.

Are Keebler Zesta Saltines Salt Topped?

These saltine crackers do not just have salt in the mixture, but they are topped with salt seasoning. Of course, considering that they are salted, their sodium content is low per serving. You only get 9% of your daily sodium value in every five crackers. If you limit your consumption to a single serving at a time, they are a low-sodium treat.

Are Zesta Saltine Crackers Gluten-Free?

Keebler crackers do use wheat products to create this crispy treat. The main ingredient is enriched wheat flour, containing gluten. Those with celiac disease should not eat these crackers. They also contain soy lectin for those with soy allergies. While this product does not use tree nuts or peanuts in their manufacturing, they are processed in a facility that does use these ingredients. Keebler does its best to ensure no cross-contamination. However, there is still a chance it may occur.

What Is the Nutritional Content of Keebler Saltine Crackers?

There are five crackers per serving. For every five crackers, there are only 60 calories with 1.5 grams of fat and no saturated fats. There is no cholesterol and only 12 grams of total carbohydrates. Each serving has 1 gram of protein and 2% of your daily value of iron. Each box contains approximately 91 servings.

For What Can You Use Zesta Saltines?

There are many recipes that call for the use of crackers. You can serve them with soup or plain if you don't feel well. However, you can cover them with peanut butter and make Keebler peanut butter crackers. You can also use them as a base for any recipe calling for bread or stale bread.
