Good printer but it is large. We use it as a home printer so we don't print a lot of documents or pictures. (we don't use a lot of ink). It's fast and the prints are very sharp. We don't use the Fax at all and we direct wire it to our tower.

Nice printer at a good price.

Great all in one fax, printer and more office tool. This is the first all in one printer that I have that needs a sub cable between the computer and the printer. All my other printers have been WiFi connections.

I really like this printer, and I got it for a very decent price at Sam's. I didn't know that I needed to change the ink maintenance cartridge quite often, which is an added expense. All that being said it works flawlessly and creates good scanned images as well as good copies.

Good printer, scanner copier

I replaced a 12-year-old HP all-in-one with this printer and am pleased with both color and black/white print speed and quality so far.  However, I was hoping for an improvement in scanning speed over my existing old Brother DCP-7065dn laser.  That didn't happen.  The Epson's autofeed scan process for multi-page documents is inefficient as compared to the Brother.  So, since I scan and save a LOT of documents, I'll stick with the Brother as long as it lasts for scanning.  If the Epson's scanning process was faster, I would give it 5 stars.   That's just my priority.  It might be fine for others.

Multi-page Scanning is Slow

Very large unit-bigger than expected when ordered online, initial black ink cartridge didn't last over 10 pages, tricky/prob when change cartridge. Frequently prints some garbage before printing part of desired page-must reprint. Occasional problems using wi-fi, ended up connecting via USB-works well. Draft mode to save ink prints too light-must use normal mode. Haven't tried other features yet (scan, fax, other stuff). Overall generally OK but somewhat disappointed.

Epson review

After getting the printer installed it seemed to work nicely.  howeveer, afterr about 30 minutes a firmware update downloaded automatically. It disabled the use of the printer. The error message said the cartridges ( thst came with the computer) had to be replaced with genuine Epson cartridges. Afteer spending a great deal of time with Epson tech. support, I  was told to return it.

I didn't get far with this purchase. Opened the box, fished around, determined that there was no ink to be found despite the box promising starter cartridges. Next, just because I had gotten this far, I turned it on. It immediately gave me a paper jam error. Back in the box, back to the store …

Quick return

The software is not user friendly. Tech support was not helpfull. I know how to work with computers and printers. I was never able to have my computers communicate with the printer and the tech support was not either. I returned the printer and purchased an HP. Their software is much better.

Epson is awful

Purchased on April 8.  This is April 24th and have not been able to set up now use.
Warranty expired in 2024.  Although I have purchased a 3 year plan, not needed if we can't resolve issues.
