Very pleased with this purchase.  It flosses my teeth more thoroughly than string floss.  Seems to hamper plaque build-up better, and leaves my mouth feeling fresher.  It does not seem to take that much longer than string flossing.  I have only used the counter top model thus far, but the hand-held  travel flosser will be handy for trips.

So far, so good.

Coming back to using a waterpik has been a life saviour.   My last one finally broke just before I sold my house and moved into a twin home.    For some reason I decided just to use my electric toothbrush.   My dentist really wanted me to give waterpik a try again after putting crowns on several teeth.      I love the Waterpik and especially the new portable.   Both work great, couldn't be better.

Very powerful, the large water reservoir allows you to get your whole mouth clean in one shot.  I like the two button on and off switches (one on the base and one on the wand).  This has power, I pulled it slightly out of my mouth, and it shot halfway across the bathroom.  It does the job and I would buy it again.   I got two for my kids.

Greatly needed for dental hygiene

This waterpik works great.  I've been traveling and haven't had an opportunity to use the large water pick.  But I'm loving the small pick for flossing my teeth.

Great Waterpik

It's very easy to use and once you get the hang of it not  messy at all. Does a great job. I took 1 star because it's sooooo loud. But other than the noise I love everything about it.

Had to return the first one because it seemed it wouldn't spray water. What's the point of having a waterpik that can't spray? Turns out that the second one exhibited the same behavior until I figured out the rubber plunger in the bottom of the water tank had to pressed a couple of times to allow the water to start drawing through to the water line. There was nothing about this in the instructions for setup or operation that I could find.

Works after tinkering with it

This item does not out perform the last model. I have to push down on the tank several times to get the water to flow. The lowest setting is stronger than it should be. It came with less tips than the last combo I bought.

Lower ease of use.

The basic water pic that's plugged in is great but the battery operated one only holds a charge for a couple days and the power behind the spray starts to decrease. Not thrilled with the product but it is better than nothing

Loss of power

Unfortunately the cordless units battery compartment is not water tight. RUST O RAMA EWWWWWW !!! Blech !!
