Works well and soothes my throat while I was a little under the weather. Tastes fine, a little strong, but that was OK since it made my throat feel much better.

Worst cough drop I've ever tried. Couldn't keep it in my mouth for more than ten seconds. The taste is strong but chemical rather than natural.
