The lotion is rich , smells good %26 keeps my skin moisturized.

This lotion has a pleasant scent and absorbs well into my skin, particularly during colder months.  It's an excellent moisturizer, effectively hydrating, nourishing, and revitalizing dry skin. I'm very pleased with the improved formula and fragrance.

I use this daily on my face and do not have any issues with it, it doesn't make me break out and I'm assuming in 20 years I'll look youthful and wrinkle free. I love the smell of cocoa butter so that's also a win for me.

Good product for daily use

Smell is not chocolatey at all anymore. Immediate smell of acetone, followed by sunscreen, and then maybe *maybe* a small coco smell. It's unfortunate because I was ready for a wave of nostalgia (my mother), but instead was hit with this.

Vaseline

I have been buying this product for years and have loved it but recently there has been a change to the bottle which is supposed to have a smart pump but it is garbage and it breaks easily and then you have lotion in the bottle that you can't get out without cutting it and I don't know what you guys did to the smell but you should change it back it used to smell like cocoa butter for real now it stinks like cheap lotion and it's very thin!

I'm so disappointed that they changed the formula of this product without notifying consumers on the label. This has been my holy grail body and hand moisturizer for 10+ years and I've recommended it to countless people but cannot any longer. It used to sink in rapidly and moisturize so well, now my skin feels dry again after a few minutes and it feels like there's a film on my skin, like so many other subpar products on the market. If you compare the ingredients you can see that they've removed the shea butter and isopropyl palmitate, along with many other changes.

This new formula is much more lighter . It doesn't moisturizer your skin the same way the old formula does. Please atleast put back the Vaseline jelly in it . This is definitely no longer a winter lotion. I'm disappointed this was my go to .

Why did you change the quality of this lotion ??? it was thicker and now its more watery, its now just like the other lotions which are not good moisturizers , this redone lotion is greasy and thin when its applied , it would have been better to just increase price and maintain quality of the product , now i have to search for a replacement lotion !!!!  very disappointed !!

Diluted

Been using Vaseline Cocoa Radiant for years.  The past 2 bottles have less cocoa scent and a gross perfume stink.  And it isn't moisturizing as it did before.  If you (Vaseline) changed the formula - bad move.  And if you changed it for cost savings and profit - bad move.  Most folks would rather pay a bit more for a trusted quality product, rather than get stuck with garbage.

Smells different & isn't as moisturizing

Not only is the new formula greasier and feels cheaper, but it smells BAD! I just opened a new bottle and had a tiny bit left in my beloved old bottle - as I lathered up my arm I noticed the lotion felt different, looked at the back of the new bottle, and sure enough, no more shea butter and tons of ingredient differences. Sniffed my arm to see if the lovely cocoa butter scent was still there… and oh my god. It smells like spoiled food. Like a bad milk/cheese, corn, pickled-pepper, trash juice smell. Like I hadn't showered and hadn't eaten a vegetable in a week. The lotion REEKS!
I dug a glob of the old formula out of my old bottle to compare, slathered it all over my other arm, and that arm smells nice and cocoa-y.
I used to recommend this to everyone- it made my skin soft, even living in arid Los Angeles, and it made me smell heavenly.
I cannot use the new formula. People will think I don't bathe. Girls, it's time for a new lotion brand.
