Steak Prep and Cooking Suggestions
We suggest to cook Member's Mark steak within 1–2 days after purchase. Lightly season both sides of steak with Member's Mark Sea Salt and Member's Mark Black Pepper. Preheat your grill to medium hight use the broiler setting on your oven. For a medium steak, sear on first side for five minutes, flip and continue to cook for an additional five minutes until steak reaches an internal temperature of 145°F. Let the steak rest for five minutes before serving. This will allow the juices to flow from the center to the exterior, resulting in a juicy and delicious steak.
