A family standard kept on hand for regular usage. Excellent meat quality, but needs "dry rub" for easier chewing. We grill and use our "smokers" regularly with this product.

Excellent for Smokers

This is by far the best cut of meat for the price point. It is super juicy and tender when cooked, even well done. Even better on the grill. I would highly recommend this cut to anyone who is a steak lover. It is delicious

Juicy and delicious

Sometimes when I buy meat here, it tastes funny, and in the US we don't know where our meat comes from but the steaks were decent. I will be buying this particular cut again.

Excellent steaks, great textures, great flavor.  Marinated and grilled. Family loved it!
