It was great. We are from the west coast and it was a pleasant surprise to find it in Tennessee.

This was the best tri tip that we have had.

Rarely do you find Tri-tip fat being trimmed off so well.  Typically, you'll find, many grocers leaving a lot of fat to increase the cost of the meat by weight.  The fat has to be typically trimmed off, which is a huge waste of money.  Sam's trims the fat off prior to sale so you get more consumable meat for the money.
