How Can You Cook Cheek Meat?
Coat beef cheek meat with olive oil, salt and pepper. Add other seasonings to taste. Pour water in a slow cooker. Arrange onion and garlic around cheek meat in the slow cooker. Cook on low for 7–8 hours, until meat is very tender. Bon appétit!
