Ultimate Backup Solution, Durable & Great Quality

This generator is a fabulous product! The startup is super simple at the touch of a button with the included battery powered starter and the pull cord was easy enough for my 10 year old to start it, he said it was easier than our mower🤣

Once started it is much quieter than I expected, similar in noise to some 3500 watt ones friends of mine have. This should have more than enough power to keep everything in my food stand up and running without too much noise in the background. 

Lastly, the wheels and handles make this quite easy to move around and maneuver in all the hustle and bustle. I thought the 200 pound weight would make it bulky and clunky but the large wheels and length of the handles makes it easy to move.

Great generator!

Troy-Bilt is a trusted brand and I am so happy to now have this portable generator for emergencies. It's one of those things that you hope you don't have to use too much but definitely great to have! It's a very large unit weighing over 200 pounds. It has multiple outlets (including GFCI's) and enough power to keep multiple items running at the same time. It has never-flat wheels and foldable handles which makes moving it around easy enough to do by myself. It has quite a large fuel capacity (6.6 gallons) so it will run for hours before needing to refuel. A great feature that this has is a carbon monoxide warning with auto shut-off. The included operators manual is easy to read and understand for first time generator owners like myself. The only con to this was it didn't have specific instructions to assemble the wheels and handles. It wasn't too difficult to do just by looking at the picture on the box but instructions would have been helpful and reassured me that I did it correctly.

Emergency READY!!!

Troy bilt generator is top of the line. I was easily able to run 10k BTU window ac unit, a fridge and deep freezer for 5 hours plus on one tank of gas. Unit can't with a 25 foot extension cord for 240v. Unit isn't that loud for its size and the battery start makes turning it on super easy. I love this generator.

Top tier generator

We recently got this Troy-Bilt generator and couldn't be happier! It's an absolutely amazing piece of equipment. There was a little bit of assembly involved, and while it didn't come with step-by-step instructions, the included operation manual was super helpful. Once we got it set up, it started right up and ran beautifully.

It's not overly loud, which is a big plus, and it has a nice, smooth sound when running. We've already had a few of my husband's friends asking about it because they were so impressed. It's going to be incredibly handy at our new house — perfect for power outages and also super useful on my husband's job sites.

Highly recommend if you're looking for something reliable and powerful!

A must have for home and work!

We got this generator coming in to spring, knowing that there will be a lot of rain with potential flooding and power outages. While both of those things have happened, we have been fortunate that we have not needed a generator which we are grateful for. We are very confident that this generator will handle our needs when the time comes. Highly recommend!

Troy-Bilt Generator

I was not expecting this, but I can't wait to use it bit it is really big and I'm in Florida. It's almost hurricane season so we will be ready this year if we lose power. It's easy to set up and i will be recommend this to me friends and family.

Love it

Some assembly required- the wheels, feet and handle have to be put on and no instructions are included. Sockets and wrenches or an adjustable wrench will be needed. Oil needs to be added and that is also not included. After these 2 things, it is ready for use. It runs great, has 4 power outlets. Great to get you through power outages or for use in places where electric isn't available. Would definitely recommend. Great product for the price.

Great product for the price

This generator has plenty of power and runs everything I need, both on the job site and while camping. I recently took it on a camping trip and it didn't even break a sweat powering our gear. Honestly, I haven't been able to stress it yet—it handles everything I've thrown at it. Fuel economy is excellent. It runs for hours without needing a refill, which is a huge plus. It's also easy to move around thanks to the big wheels and handle. That said, the handle feels a bit flimsy, and the plastic covers over the outlets seem cheap and not very durable. Also, mine didn't come with a manual, which was frustrating I had to search online for maintenance info.

While it rolls easily, it's too heavy for one person to lift into the back of a truck on their own definitely a two-person job.

Even with a few minor complaints, this is a strong, reliable generator with excellent performance and efficiency. I'd definitely recommend it.
