Love this product.  We do tacos once a week.  There are directions but I just season with my heart and add water, then let the simmer magic happen.  Everyone always says we havw thw moat flavorable tacos.  Also this seasoning is not too salty which I love.

My favorite taco seasoning, a secret weapon

Had never tried this brand before and what do you know, it's clearly superior to other Taco Seasoning. The fact that the label is both in English and Spanish should tell you something. It's more complex and a little more spicy than the seasoning we had been using, all for the better. We have taco night about once a month, and this seasoning has made the food more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

YUM YUM taco flavoring

I use this stuff a lot on grilled items, tortilla soup and even a sprinkle in guacamole and I never admit that this is my secret ingredient.

Use it a lot for all kinds of stuff.

I always buy my seasonings in bulk (I cook every day, my husband doesn't like to eat out) because I am always using them. I couldn't get my usual brand, so I purchased this one. I am happy the other wasn't available. It gave me a chance to try this. It is really good. I sometimes add some cumin to the recipe's that have this in them. I make Taco Burgers. My 7 & 10 yr old grandsons go bonkers over. 
Recipe:
2 lbs. ground beef or turkey
1/2 Medium Onion, chopped
1/2 Sweet Pepper, chopped
1 small can Green Chilies
1/2 Cup Taco Seasoning, or less to taste
1/2 Teaspoon Cumin, more/less to taste
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
4 oz. Tomato Sauce, more or less; don't want soupy or too dry
1/2 Cup Mild or Medium Salsa, your taste for heat
2 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
Mix together and form into 1" thick burgers. Either fry or cook at place in baking pan and cook at 400 for approximately 30 minutes (depends on size and thickness of burger). I usually bake mine as it is less mess on the stove, and you can use the time elsewhere doing something wanted or needed. Drain on paper towel to remove any excess grease. Place in a flour tortilla with grated Colby/Jack Cheese and rice (or have on the side). Fold like a pinwheel. You can either brown the outside of the tortilla or eat as is. 
I hope if you try this recipe and/or product that you enjoy it as much as my grandsons. They eat 2 of these at one sitting!

Great Product for a Wonderful Price

This is not as great as Ortega, but my nearest Sam's don't carry Ortega, and Old El Paso (my absolute favorite) was WIPED OUT none on the shelves at all. However, it gets the job done as it has a nice flavor when you use double what they recommend. If you prefer REALLY mild, you'll love this.
