I did a little research, and this is a great upper-middle end chair.  It gives you most of the features that the higher end chairs give you and I was able to catch it on a spectacular sale at Sams.  Pretty easy to use and the massage intensity is unmatched.  You can't beat the value on this one - highly recommend!

Great Chair

Outstanding chair. Do your research and you will find this an outstanding value for all the features and functionality. Similar chairs sell for $8,000. Chair is comfortable and is easy to operate. Sitting in this for 30 minutes truly relaxes your whole body.

Outstanding Chair

Wow…. This chair is outstanding!! It has every feature you could ask for and gives you granular control of a lot of settings, if the roller power is to strong you can lower how strong it applies pressure to your back, if the air pressure is to strong you can lower it to a comfortable setting. The build quality of the chair is top of the line! There is nothing cheap about this chair and its very comfortable (I fall asleep in it all the time)… Surprisingly, the Bluetooth speakers sound really good and are LOUD & Clear… Warning, the chair is heavy and difficult to move for 1 person unless you are strong, my wife couldn’t move the chair at all even when I put it in the moving position, I recommend using 2 people to move the chair. The chair is very quiet almost silent, it sits in my bedroom and my wife can’t hear it at all when she is sleeping…

I highly recommend this chair, and at this crazy discounted price you are getting an amazing deal!!

Outstanding Massage Chair

There are only a handful of reviews on here at this point so I thought I would throw my 2 cents our there.
First off, I got the chair on sale for $3,000, so watch for sales.
Second I have seen a review talking about it being too hard on the back. Neither I or my wife have had any issues with that. Some programs definitely push harder than others but nothing has been unbearable and you can make adjustments to the pressure.
Third - Shipping. It was delivered in a timely manner. The box was dinged up pretty good but nothing on the chair was damaged at all. Even though it is supposed to be only driveway drop off they did offer to bring it into the hosue for us.
Fourth - It states the chair is only for up to 6' tall but I am 6'2" and it works just fine for me.

The chair design, look, and quality all seem great. For me at 6' 220lbs, the function of leg kneading literally hurt my knees, and the back rollers even at the lowest setting hurt my back. Just so you know, I like a good deep tissue massage, but this one was far more than that for me. Maybe I got the one odd one, because everyone under the sun seems to review this up like the best chair ever. But that was my take on it. Ended up returning it. Good on Sams Club for that. I did speak with Osaki Chairs first to see if they might have a solution, and unfortunately, they weren't super helpful. They could only recommend a 10k chair that didn't have the leg kneading function. I think they are a solid manufacturer, and Sam's club did well, just wasn't the chair for me.

Good Potential, but Bruiser in the End

Worst experience ever with ordering this massage chair from Sam's Club to be shipped to us. Sam's Club needs to check with their third parties to make sure the massage chairs can be delivered to an address. We reluctantly had to cancel this order because we were told we would have to pick up the chair from the shipper's terminal.
