Tillamook is literally the only brand of cheddar cheese I buy.  It's pricey but worth it.  My Mom and daughters tried it and love it.  It melts perfectly without separating the oils and becoming rubbery like all the others.  The medium has a nice flavor that is great on everything from eggs to tacos, nachos, crackers, burgers . . . you name it.  It's great for snacking, too.  I continually buy this cheese over and over again.  I am a vegetarian and this cheese is the one thing keeping me from being a vegan.  It's that good.

The only cheddar cheese I buy

Tillamook is always excellent. Buy a block, shed it with food processor and throw it in the freezer . A handful whenever you need is ready and won't get moldy.

Yummy taste of home

So I LOVE cheese and this brand is one of the best affordable cheeses around. Quality of cheese has changed slightly. The taste used to be consistent but the last few times it tasted just less good, but still good.
