The grill pictured and specified in the product description is NOT what arrived.  They sent the Rogue 425, not the Rogue Pro 425.  No stainless infrared grill grates, no backlit knobs, no bottle opener,  Completely different and lower level model received.

Wrong Grill / false advertising

SAME AS ALL OTHERS FALSE ADVERTISING NEEDED A GRILL AS I GOT RID OF MINE SENT WRONG PRODUCT OFFERED $100 doesn't even cover freight charges. THEN SAMS ACTS LIKE ITS A PLEASURE TO GIVE BACK LESS THAN HALF ITS A JOKE DO NOT BUY. Second terrible product I have purchased from them in the month!! EXPECTED MORE!

Not the product you think you are buying!!!

We also purchased this grill and were ready to assemble for the 4th of July when we also found that it was the wrong grill; . NOT WHAT WE ORDERED.  Obviously either Sam's Club or Napoleon did a bait and switch since we were not the only ones to receive a much lesser item.; now we have to deal with returning. Would like to know if this was shipped by Napoleon or Sam's Club.

WRONG GRILL

This is not the item I purchased. The SKU on the item description, the pictures, the entire product description and even the Napoleon rep answering questions on the listing say this is a current Rogue Pro 425. I received a Rogue XT which is apparently discontinued. The item I received has cast iron grates on the side burner, no bottle opener, and no backlit knobs. There are probably other upgrades that are missing as well. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM! This is blatant false advertising and incredibly frustrating since our 4th of July weekend was planned around this grill!

I was really looking forward to use this new grill on BBQ party this weekend and was very disappointed when I received the wrong grill. They have listed this grill as Rogue 425 Pro(RP425SIBPSS) on their web site but they have sent lower model Rogue XT 425(RXT425SIBPSS) instead. DO NOT BUY.

BEWARE. FALSE ADVERTISING. RECEIVED WRONG GRILL.

As the other reviews mention, this is blatant False Advertising. They are advertising the Rouge XT Pro and shipping the Rouge XT. While the XT is still a premium grill, and $800 is a good price for it, it's incredibly frustrating to not get what you purchased.

False Advertising - Wrong grill

Think you're getting a quality product at a fair price? Think again! Same experience as others - bait and switch! Timing couldn't have been worse. Got rid of my old grill in anticipation of receiving this one.

NOT as Advertised!

We ordered this and was delivered RXT 425 instead.  Called for a replacement and they sent the same wrong grill.  Returning and buying from someone else.  Don't bother with this.
