(I think this is the first review here that isn't part of a promotion)... We used to buy the Bellagio pillows at Sam's but they are no longer available. Decided to give these a try since the company has been around for a while and the pillows have good reviews everywhere. We were not disappointed. It's great that you can adjust the fill to your liking and sleep position. I also appreciated the friendly packaging (made it feel special) and all the useful information provided on how to use and enjoy the pillows. One back sleeper and one side sleeper, both happy :)

Great pillows, purchased two

My boyfriend is the absolute hardest to please when it comes to him finding the right pillow but this one checks all the boxes. It's cool and offers customizable support. I ended up buying a second COOP pillow so we both can have one! Whether you like your pillows flat or overstuffed this is the pillow for you!

Super Comfey

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had a love hate relationship with memory foam for as long as I can remember. I love how soft and squishy it is at first touch, but I never felt like it gave me the support I needed and it tended to be too hard once squished down. But hate no more! COOP has engineered the perfect pillow with their Original Adjustable Pillow.

Instead of a hard block of memory foam, this pillow is filled with little bits and pieces of memory foam, so you get the soft squishiness and mold-ability you find with memory foam combined the plushness of a traditional feather or polyfill pillow.

My favorite part, though, is that its fill is customizable. I am a rotisserie chicken when I sleep and roll all night, but have a preference for sleeping on my stomach. Because the COOP pillow is adjustable, I easily unzipped it and took fill out after using it for the first few nights (the default fill was too much for me and gave me some more neck pain than my previous pillow gave me). Once I removed some fill, it's been like sleeping on a cloud and my previously consistently pain-riddled neck is not in pain anymore.

The box the pillow comes in gives you guidelines on how much fill might work best with your sleep positions, so I knew I would likely need to take some fill out. They also provide you with extra fill incase the default fill isn't enough for you. I wish that the bag with the extra fill was a little bigger so that I could fit all of my extra fill in it, but it wasn't much that I had to store elsewhere.

This pillow also easy to refluff at any time by just popping it in the dryer for a few minutes on low or no heat. And voila, it's good as new!

The extra pillowcase in this bundle is a hot sleepers dream. During the summer, I bring an ice pack to bed and surround myself with three fans. The Cool Side Pillowcase has amazing cooling technology in the fabric that isn't cooling in and of itself, but makes your brain *think* it's cool and cools you down (similar to how silk or granite tends to feel cooler even if it isn't). I cannot wait to use this and get a better night's sleep in future summers.

Going into this test, I was skeptical on if I would end up liking this pillow. But it's become my new staple, and I have already been recommending this to family and friends. If you aren't happy with your current pillow or are just interested in this one, I would HIGHLY recommend getting one (or two)!

Transform Your Sleep

If you prefer a flattering less filled pillow that doesn't keep your neck too elevated, this is a great pillow. It's wide and soft but very comfortable. It keeps it's shape and can be fluffed easily. I did however remove some excess oomph to customize it to my perfect density.

Perfection

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a side sleeper, this pillow is pretty decent. I don't come across too many where I feel like I get a good rest without tossing and turning. I'm not sure about the cooler aspect but it's not a dud for me. I really hope it does last awhile compared to others.

Side sleeper

I love this pillow for the most part but I always wake up with all the contents pushed upwards, I may just need to add more fluff. Yes it comes with extra fluff for you to adjust as needed.

Very comfortable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] it's a pretty nice pillow. i really like how you can adjust how much stuffing is in the pillow - i'm very particular with the firmness/softness of my pillows, so this was a great feature for me. i was able to make it just firm enough to properly support my head and neck, which is lovely. i don't think i have noticed it being particularly cooler than most other pillows, but it's still quite nice.

nice adjustable pillow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm going to start off by saying I'm super Picky when it comes to pillows! I am impressed by this pillow! I have never received a pillow that comes with oomph to fill to adjust to the type of sleeper you are. I'm personally a side sleeper. It says to try as is and adjust if needed. I'm adding more because I felt throughout the night I slide down the pillow. I was ending up at the bottom of the pillow for some reason. I do find the pillow is comfortable. It did not make my neck or back sore! I love how the guide gives you pictures and suggestions if you on how to adjust the pillow to your needs! I would definitely recommend this pillow! Easy to stuff and they include a lot of extra stuffing!

Great adjust pillow!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The concept is good but the execution is poor. I was excited about a pillow that could be adjusted based on sleep position. However,  it is messy. If you need to add or remove fibers, they get everywhere and stick to everything. It would have been nice to see the fibers in small pouches that you add or remove instead of loose filling. I do not recommend this product for this reason.
