How Do You Prepare Tattooed Chef Vegetable Spirals?
These veggie spiral nests can be prepared on the stove top or in the microwave. Keep them frozen until you are ready to cook them.
Stove: Place 10 nests in a large size skillet. Cover with lid and cook on medium heat for 4 to 4-1/2 minutes. Remove lid, flip nests over and heat for an additional 4-5 minutes or until heated throughout and water has absorbed. Stir occasionally. Season with olive oil, salt or pepper before serving or toss with your favorite sauce.
Microwave: Place 10 nests in a microwave-safe bowl, cover and cook on high for 3 minutes. Remove cover, toss and heat for an additional 3 to 4 minutes or until heated throughout. Remove any excess liquid; season with olive oil, salt or pepper before serving or toss with your favorite sauce.
