Thawing Instructions

Cold Water Lobster Tails with Garlic Butter: Thaw in refrigerator overnight.

8-12 Colossal Raw EZ Peel Shrimp: For best results thaw shrimp by placing in a colander and cover. Place colander on a plate and refrigerate to 8-10 hours. Rinse shrimp with cold water.

Grass-Fed Beef Tenderloin: Thaw steaks in refrigerator for 24 hours prior and remove 30 minutes prior to cooking.

Simple Recipes

Cold Water Lobster Tails with Garlic Butter: Preheat oven to 350°F. Carefully split upper shell length-wise with knife. Place Garlic Butter on top of tails and wrap in foil. Bake for 15-18 minutes. Remove from foil and broil for 2 minutes.

8-12 Colossal Raw EZ Peel Shrimp: Season shrimp to taste. Heat a sauté pan to medium-high heat. Lightly coat the bottom of pan with olive oil or butter. Cook shrimp for 3-4 minutes per side, or until the shrimp is pink and opaque and has an internal temperature of 145°F.

Grass-Fed Beef Tenderloin: Add 1 tablespoon of oil to a large skillet and place on burner on medium heat. Season steaks generously with kosher salt and course pepper on both sides. Cook steaks 4-5 minutes on each side until they reach your desired doneness.
