So Exquisite

This is a beautiful ring.  Mine lost a very small diamond at some point, but both Sams and the jeweler helped make it right even 8 months after purchase. They sent me a label to send for repairs. It was fixed in one day and returned looking as good as new. Sam’s also provided us a gift card for our trouble. 

Sams is a bit unorganized , which is why this is 4 stars and not 5. Initially they told me they couldn’t help, but then I received the label, followed by a call saying they’re sorry they couldn’t help. Pretty confusing but it worked out.
