We do Love Thomas' English muffins, however, THESE ARE A FANTASTIC substitue, and about half the price or better!!!!   I am a retired chef of 25 years, owned a truck stop for 5 of those, these rated so well with customers

Dry not as good as Thomas's AND half of them we had to throw out because they got moldy before we could finish them. I will never buy them again.
