Description

This Super Stir-Fry is high in protein and loaded with delicious vegetables to satisfy the whole family. Grilled white meat chicken tossed in a savory soy sauce with broccoli florets, carrots and red bell peppers. Serve over the included craveable rice and quinoa blend packed with edamame and kale. Wholesome, delicious and satisfying never tasted so good!

Cooking Instructions for Super Stir-Fry

Stove Top (Preferred Method):

  1. Place sauce pouch in warm water to thaw.
  2. Heat one and a half tablespoons vegetable oil in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add a bag of chicken and vegetables to the pan.
  4. Simmer for 5 to 6 minutes stirring occasionally until hot.
  5. Add sauce and cover again to cook for another 2 to 4 minutes or until ingredients are thoroughly hot.
  6. In a separate non-stick pan over medium head add superfood rice and heat for 8-10 minutes stirring occasionally until rice is thoroughly hot. Serve with Stir-Fry.

Microwave:

  1. Place sauce pouch in warm water to thaw.
  2. Empty bag of chicken and vegetables in a microwave-safe container and top with sauce. Cover the plastic wrap and poke with a few holes to vent.
  3. Microwave on high heat for 2 minutes. Stir and heat for an additional 3 to 4 minutes or until hot.
  4. Place frozen, self-venting bag of rice in the microwave with the seam side up.
  5. Heat on high for 2 minutes. Flip bag of rice and continue heating on high 4 to 6 minutes until hot.
