Love that there is a combination of the two frosting designs. Kids love the red, adults may want to refrain from them unless you want a red tongue, lol.

Cupcake Heaven

The cupcakes were delicious. They were fresh and decorated precise. Staff raced over the cupcakes. 100% worth the price, quality and freshness besides the great taste.

Cupcakes were beautiful but the packaging was so flimsy that it did not close correctly and when taking the inner trays out, the outer packaging collapsed causing half of the cupcakes to fall on the floor.

Beware of packaging

I ordered these cupcakes, half chocolate and half white but when I picked up my order they were all white. The bakery insisted that I ordered all white even though I had proof with my order confirmation. The person working in the bakery was rude and just wanted to argue. I went to customer service who asked the store manager to assist with the bakery but the store manager Allen was just as rude as the bakery person. After about 45 minutes they remade half of the cupcakes. The store manager didn't care about the inconvenience of not having my order ready when I arrived as ordered or that I had to wait. Sam's Club does NOT follow any customer service standards and I will not be renewing my membership after this experience.
