Production Method

Stella Rosa Peach Semi-Sweet White Wine is a proprietary blend produced primarily from the Moscato grape with various other varietals. The addition of a custom, proprietary blend of natural peach flavors makes this truly unique. The grapes are harvested, pressed, centrifuged, and then held cold as juice at 28 degrees Fahrenheit. The juice is fermented at various intervals throughout the year allowing the wine to remain fresh and delicate. During fermentation process, the alcohol is created in tandem with the wine’s natural carbonation. Once the desired sweetness is achieved, the wine is centrifuged and bottled. Its natural acidity and low pH strike the perfect balance with the wine’s inherent sweetness. It is not cloying or heavy. Serve chilled by-the-glass, pour over ice, or mix with your favorite spirit for an all-natural, fruit-forward cocktail.

Brand Story

Stella Rosa Wines feature aromatic grapes from the Asti region in Piedmont, Italy, selected by the Riboli Family who consider the region significant as it is the birthplace of the family’s matriarch, Maddalena Riboli. Stella Rosa’s flagship wine, Moscato d’Asti was the first semi-sweet, semi-sparkling wine introduced as part of the “frizzante” collection, and following the success of its launch, the first red wine blend Stella Rosa Rosso soon followed. This wine was also the first of its kind to be imported to the United States from Italy and paved the way for the brand’s current lineup of over 35 distinctive flavors.

It all started in 1917, when the Riboli family founded Los Angeles’ historic San Antonio Winery. Back then, Los Angeles was the prime location for wine growing in all of California. For some time, the wine industry reigned as one of Southern California’s most economically significant and popular industries of that time. To create the Stella Rosa wines, the family chose the region of Asti, a province in Piedmont, Italy, as the source for its aromatic grapes, which have become the hallmark for the Stella Rosa style of wines. The area of Asti has particular significance to the family, as it is the birthplace of their family matriarch, Maddalena Riboli.

Peach on the Beach Recipe

Ingredients

• 3 fl. oz. Stella Rosa Peach
• 1 fl. oz. Cranberry juice
• 1 fl. oz. Vodka
• 1 fl. oz. Orange Juice

Garnish

• Peach wedge
• Fresh mint

Instructions

1. Combine cranberry juice, orange juice, vodka, and ice in a shaker

2. Shake and strain into a glass filled with ice

3. Top with Stella Rosa Peach and stir

4. Garnish with peach wedge and fresh mint
