Stella Rosa Berry Semi-Sweet Red Wine is a proprietary blend of several red grape varietals including Brachetto. The grapes are harvested, pressed, centrifuged, and then held cold as juice at 28 degrees Fahrenheit. The juice is fermented at various intervals throughout the year allowing the wine to remain fresh and delicate. The Riboli family uses this technique to capture the fresh flavors of blackberry, blueberry, and raspberry. During fermentation process, the alcohol is created in tandem with the wine’s natural carbonation. Once the desired sweetness is achieved, the wine is centrifuged and bottled. Its natural acidity and low pH strike the perfect balance with the wine’s inherent sweetness. It is not cloying or heavy. Serve chilled by-the-glass, pour over ice, or mix with your favorite spirit for an all-natural, fruit-forward cocktail.

To create Stella Rosa Wines, the Riboli family chose the region of Asti, a province in Piedmont, Italy, as the source for its aromatic grapes, which have become the hallmark for the Stella Rosa style of wines. The area of Asti has particular significance to the family, as it is the birthplace of the family matriarch, Maddalena Riboli. The first Stella Rosa was Moscato D’Asti, which has become a flagship of the brand. Soon after, Stella Rosa Rosso was created – the brand’s first semi-sweet, semi-sparkling red wine blend, and first wine of its kind to be brought to America from Asti. The rapid phenomenal successes of these two wines began the lineage of Stella Rosa, which now boasts over 35 distinctive flavors.

yo this is soooo daym good. I'm a cheapsake and I usually go for the arbor mist exotic fruits because it's double the amount of this bottle for cheaper and has more alcohol on it but this tastes so good I keep coming back lol

Listen, I don’t know what kind of wizardry they’ve done to this bottle of Stella Rosa Berry Semi-Sweet Red, but it’s like someone took a juice box, added a little kick, and made it grown-up magic. It’s sweet, it’s fruity, and it’s the kind of wine that says, “I’m fancy, but also I won’t judge you for drinking out of a solo cup." This wine is so easy to drink, it might as well come with a warning: may cause spontaneous dance parties in your living room. It’s the perfect balance between “I’m having a classy moment” and “Oh, I’ll just finish this bottle by myself.” For the price? Honestly, it’s basically the greatest bargain of the century. If you’re on a budget but want to feel like you’re at a rooftop bar overlooking Paris, this wine is your ticket. So, do yourself a favor: grab a bottle of Stella Rosa. It’s the “cheap” wine that feels expensive enough to make you feel like you’ve got your life together—even if you’re just wearing sweatpants and binge-watching Netflix.

Delightful and refreshing

I bought this several months ago and immediately fell in love with the flavor of it. I prefer a sweeter wine and this one hits my pallet just right. Not to mention my granddaughter‘s name is Stella.
