Heat And Flavor, Both. I Have It Every Day!

I had some of this cocktail sauce at St. Elmo back in 1989 the night I DJ'd a party for the Rolling Stones and their entourage after their concert at the Hoosier Dome. It was love at first OWWWW. :-) Being a fellow who digs hot food, this is right up my alley. Do be careful, as it can give you quite a punch to the sinuses if you're not careful. (Think brain freeze, but more intense.) I like that it's not as sweet as many types of cocktail sauce, and I find that I enjoy this cocktail sauce even more if I add a bit of Himalayan or Celtic salt. I simply can't recommend the St. Elmo Cocktail Sauce highly enough.
