This product is incredible. The detachable tank makes it very easy to fill. It is a powerful cleaning device that gets the job done quickly.
I love that you can just toss the pads into the washing machine when you're finished. Watch out for the terry cloth edges on the pads that it comes with though because I immediately snagged a thread on one of the pads - but that's because it was *so good* at getting in-between the baseboard it came into contact with. The spinning power really gets the dirt up, and you can easily switch from wood to tile mode with the push of a button. The temperature auto adjusts based on which floor mode you use.

Best mop I've ever bought.

The Bissell SpinWave was a bit confusing to start initially, but once it heated up and stayed on, it worked perfectly--- easy to maneuver and cleaned both my laminate flooring and my tile floor very well.

It really gets out all the grime my dog tracks in and it keeps her safe I was a little hesitant at first since it's corded and I live in a 3 story townhome but the cord is very long and honestly, I love the limitless cleaning power it gives me. I had a cordless Bissell mop previously that only gave me 20mins max/charge. 10/10 would recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old steamer died and when I saw this l liked the idea of rotating pads and they make quite a difference than just steam like my old one. Our home was built in 1926 and the bathroom tiles in the bathroom as never looked this nice, so glad I bought this and recommend it to anyone.

Best steamer around

I originally bought a competitors unit and sent it back because the gears stripped during the second use.
The Bissel was only 60% of the cost of the competitor, has a removable water resevoir, a LED temperature readout and a mode that lets one use a buffing pad without steam.
The only downside was there is no headlights as described in the description on the Sam's website, but for a savings of over $40.00 this was not an issue for me.
The one minor issue that did occur was the small vent for the water tank was sealed shut causing the unit to starve for water after using maximum steam mode for several minutes.  This issue was easily resolved by sticking a straight pin into the vent.
Bissel customer service was exemplary.

More substantial build quality than the competitor

Well, I needed a new mob.This one is slightly frustrating.  The bottom is constantly falling off, and when you take the mop heads off to wash, they don't come clean, they stay a dirty dingy brown, no matter how many times I wash them. Not entirely sure how clean it actually gets my floor I was hoping with the spinning motion that it would do a better job than just the plane steam mop that I had before, but honestly, it probably does about a half job just like the previous steam mop I had. While using it, it seems to have a mind of its own.And it's harder to guide.

So low powered, it's like using an Easy Bake oven to cook (for those that remember what that is.) Took 30 minutes to kind of clean 6 square feet of tile. Returning it.

Like a Toy

It quit working after 20 minutes. I turned it off and unplugged it and start again. Again, nothing. I finally took it back to Sam's and got a refund. Very frustrating!
