Large slices that are easy to separate and handle to add to sandwiches or burgers, or slice into pieces for salads. The cook always gets a freebie slice, as is! The package has 42 slices, so it takes a while to run out. The taste is great, and the texture is smooth, not too soft/chewy or too hard/sharp. Goldilocks would like this cheese!

Nice size, texture, and flavor!

I have purchased provolone cheese in other stores and seems to mold quickly, not Members Mark. I think it is the sealed packaging it originally comes in, keeps it fresher. Also much more product for the money. I use it in so many recipes, or just eat a slice at a time.

My favorite cheese.

I like this package style and the cheese is very good for munching in the evening along with my grapes and mixed nuts that i have regularly.  The only think I have trouble with is separating the slices in the package.  Not sure how much adding a separator would cost but that would be nice to have.

good provolone cheese

I like this brand of Provolone because it is smoked, but doesn't have a strong smoked flavor, like other brands.

Good cheese. The only problem is they tend to stick together after I put them in different wrapping using a vacuum sealer.

The smoke bubbling provolone cheese you can't go wrong has not a very strong smoke flavor it's sort of a light

Smoked provolone cheese

I'm only giving it 4 stars because after a week sitting in the refrigerator, it builds up condensation making the cheese moldy and bad.  It should have a thin wax paper in between to prevent it from sticking together.  Other than that, the taste is good when first bought.

Taste ok, but needs package improvements

This pack is cheaper than buying by weight at a grocery store.  The issue I'm having with all of these cheese types from Sam's is the flavor.  All of them do not taste or smell like the cheese they are.

Cheese Slices

This product is just okay. I was hoping for a deeper, richer flavor, it falls a bit flat in that department. That said, the price is hard to beat, so I'll probably buy it again for the value. Just don't expect a bold taste.

Just Okay

No flavor and just no taste at all. Really disappointed in this provolone cheese.  I'm not going to waste it - I'm using it in scrambled eggs. But not good in sandwich's. But the Swiss cheese instead.
