I buy 2 packages. I open them and set 5-6 strips on plastic wrap. I repeat and stack all in a gallon freezer bag and freeze. Sunday morning, I unwrap 5-6 pieces and place on a folded paper towel on a paper plate, then defrost in the microwave for 1 minute. Then full power for 45 seconds. Yum! No mess! Easy!

handy to use precooked bacon was very useful for my men's breakfast at church at Calvary Derby Hill Baptist.

MUCH smaller pieces than the last package of Members Mark Fully Cooked Bacon we purchased.  Easily at least 1/3 less bacon per piece.  Still the same convenience of having your bacon ready in 1 minute with a minimum of mess (we find that it is actually much crisper if heated on a paper plate, for some reason) but the value for the money is getting very questionable.

I miss the Armour Black Label bacon. The Smithfield slices are smaller and tend to stick to the backing paper in the package. Hard to peel the slices out without leaving some stuck to the backing paper. Bacon has a good flavor, but I find it harder to use and it seems like I am losing money as the bacon stays stuck to the backing paper.

Not a great new product

Too thin, was not satisfied with amount required for a tasty BLT sandwich. If you're on a diet and just want bacon, it's OK, but if you are looking for the real taste of bacon look elsewhere. I much prefer Members Mark uncooked bacon. Great!

I probably wont buy this again. The pieces are so small and thin it is almost not worth the trouble. The flavor is fine if you fold a piece over and eat a whole piece in one bite(not hard to do since they are so small!) I don't know if this is a true example of their product, but not sure I will spend the money again.

Tiny slices

This bacon had a good taste, but because of the size of the pieces, Very thin and skinny width, there wasn't much to taste.

Will Not Purchase Again

I only hate this for about 30 seconds and the bacon is so thin that it comes out so crispy that it just disintegrates in your mouth. So it's kinda taste weird because it feels like you're chewing on bacon bits instead of a piece of bacon. This bacon is just too thin.

Bacon crumbles instead of slices

Bacon is like plastic, for years bought Hormel brand that was great.  This does nor crumble and brown's poorly.  Buy 50% less due to quality than the amount of Hormel.  This is better than nothing at all - 2/10, Hormel 9.9/10.

Smithfield bacon

Very disappointed with the last packet of bacon. Very greasy, very thin and could hardly peel off from the wax paper.
