I ordered this cake for my mom's retirement party. I have never had a Sam's Club cake and I am not a big cake person. I prefer pie. Let's just say I took the leftovers home and ate them all. Not only that -  the party was on Saturday, we had to pick up the cake on Thursday. We kept it in the fridge until Saturday and it was still just as fresh as when we picked it up. I ate that cake for the next four days and it wasn't until about day 6 (after picking it up) that it started to taste stale. And let's not forget to mention that this was a $20 cake!!! And it was beautifully decorated. I am offcially converted to Sam's for cakes!

Delicious!

I had this for my 50th birthday, it was Awesome!! And plentiful for approximately 30 in attendance, and everyone really enjoyed it!! Not overpowering from a sweete standpoint, freshh, moist,and tasty. I would definitely choose again for this cake!! Tgank you to my beautiful girlfriend!!

Ordered 2 of these cakes for a special event at my church. The chocolate and the white cakes were both delicious and the decorating was exactly what I wanted.

Beautiful Cakes

Very pretty and tasty too! Everyone loved it! Was able to keep the flowers in my freezer for future use on another cake if I needed them for decoration.

Awesome Cake

I ordered this cake for a 50th wedding anniversary and had it customized.  The cake is gorgeous just as it is but, the customization was perfection!  I had it customized in the light pink lettering which was a very good choice.  The gal in the bakery took pride in what she had done!   The cake itself is moist and delicious and the buttercream frosting is not overwhelmingly sweet!  I will absolutely be a return customer!!!

Beautiful and classy!

The cake was beautiful. I was a little disappointed with the icing. I had requested whipped cream icing and it was a buttercream icing. This icing is too surgery for me. That's why I requested the whipped cream but my request was not honored. I was disappointed. The cake inside was very good.

Icing

The cake was suitable for our 70th Birthday party, but it did not look like the photo. There were frosted flowers and an edible tape aound the sides with the gold(looked yellow) lines. Tasted great, but i expected silk flowers as the photo shows.

Need to be better

Looked nothing like this!! The colors and the flowers when I picked up the cake it looked nothing like this and the baker said there was “no flowers or colors like that available “. The baker said that she “called me “ however, there was absolutely no calls received in my call history 

 it was a church event and although the flavor was good this is Truly disappointing. 
Additionally, the baker was completely unkind, argumentative and combative.  This was at the TRANSIT  Road location. Typically I use the Niagara Falls location and never have a problem.

The cake did not look like the pict at all.  The writing looked like a second grader wrote on it. The cake itself was wonderful. The aesthetics was very poor, disappointing.
