Bought this because of the “no change” filter and the automatic sensor. The automatic sensor really does work! I keep it on “auto” all of the time unless I want to run it on high to help eliminate a cooking odor faster. So far I'm very happy with my purchase and may buy another. I often forget it's even on because it runs very quietly unless it's on a higher setting. Would definitely recommend. No I am not affiliated with the company. No I was not paid for my review. Highly recommend

A wonderful Shark NeverChange Air Purifier for my living room works great. I have 2 dogs and a Congo African Gray Parrot. My home can become smelly quickly so, having this Air Purifier next to one dog bed really helps to prevent bad odors. The Purifier works great, not very loud at all. After cooking meals the Purifier helps with food odors also.

A Wonderful Shark NeverChange Air Purifier,

I have cats and food odors to contend with.  This is no longer true with the air purifier which silently reassures as to air quality and very gently (lowest setting) infuses a gentle replacement scent into the air.  I am thoroughly satisfied.

Works like a charm

I have awful allergies and have at least four sneezing attacks (more than 15 at a time) a day, normally. I also have four dogs. When I remember to run this machine, I do not smell dog odor in my house, nor do I have huge sneezing attacks! My husband commented when he came in from work that he couldn't smell the dogs. 

My daughter's boyfriend cooks really smelly food that usually makes the house stink the next day. My Shark revs up and destroys the odors within minutes of him being done. My husband has requested that I do not run it while making bacon, because he enjoys that smell and the Shark eliminates it as well.

I highly recommend it if you have allergies or live with animals and/or smelly people.

Nothing to sneeze at! Worth every penny!

Love this air  purifier. I am allergic to cats and have 2 living in my house, thank goodness  its not a severe alleegy but constant exposure is not good this purifier helps.

Helps with my Allergies

Alleviated my allergy to a shedding Aussi within a matter of a few days. Stopped sneezing - 12 to 15 2 or 3 times a day.  Now, 2 or 3 individual sneezes in two weeks.

NO MORE SNREEZES

With so many Air Purifiers on the market, My Wife and I decided to try the Shark Never Change Air Purifier and I am glad we chose to go with this one. This has taken the odors and smells out of our house and the unclean air. Especially when cooking it really ramps up and goes into overdrive. This should be really helpful to our whole families health in the spring/summer/fall season when fires start spreading and take the air quality down. Purchased one to try out, but going to add two more very soon. One for the basement and one for the back of the house. Thanks Shark!

Time for a Change

Big improvement in our air quality at home. Not perfect, but vast improvement. I'm 70 and this is our first air purifier.
It's a Shark, and advertised as a “NeverChange” filter, but ours was down to 94% efficiency after the first week - however we live in El Paso and the air quality here has been the worst in America for several weeks…the CEILING of the danger zone (500). Yes, I would buy this unit again.
Also, Sam's was offering a $50 discount, which helped a lot.

Shark Air Purifier - Huge improvement at home

This started out great.  I thought.  But it stopped working for no reason after 2 weeks of use.  I followed all the instructions to a T.  I contacted the Shark helpdesk and did what they suggested and it worked again, for a day!  Neither myself or my husband noticed any difference in our air quality while it was working and none of the side filters had collected anything.  
I took it back to Sam's club for a full refund.  Easy process and the people at the customer service desk were easy to work with.

Not what it appears

The sensor reading never changed off of 100.  Returned the item.
