I love this desk!! It's perfect for my space.

It came well packaged and shipped well. The only thing is that the spacers for the screws that hold the glass top on, had moved and stuck to the underneath side of the glass. I had to come up with some rubber washers to keep the glass from breaking.
It was easy to put together!

Love this desk! It's perfect for my space!

Just started working from home and the option to stand was a no brained. I love the look of this desk it's clean. The glass top is fragile but I haven't had any problems. I comfortably have 2 monitors and my laptop with a keyboard and mouse.

Work from home savior

Love the idea, but won't hold standing position. I've reset it three times and still returns  to lower position. Waiting for back ordered parts from Seville now. We'll see….

Position issues

I have been waiting to write the review for this desk. I had read the previous reviews and the issues others had with the desk moving on its own. So, after assembling it I followed the directions to “initialize” the desk. It didn't work. I would raise my desk height and the display wouldn't turn off and then the desk would continue to move for a few minutes after I was done adjusting it. I could never get it to stay at a certain height. I even tried to reset it a few times. Super frustrating. However, I contacted Seville customer service. The initial person I talked to on the phone quickly told me to email customer service and almost hung up on me as I was still asking a question. Once I did email customer service though, they were very helpful. The problem is the control board on the front of the desk. They mailed me a new one and it was very easy to replace. My desk now works great and I love the look of it. I would give it 5 stars if I hadn't had to hassle with replacing the board.

Rough start but love it now!

Like several others have mentioned, I have been plagued by the ghost that makes the desk mysteriously move up and down. I called Customer Support and they were very helpful and we fixed it -- temporarily. 
Some tips they gave me: Unplug the desk for at least 10 seconds. Plug it back in then take it down to the lowest level (28) and HOLD the button for maybe 30 seconds. It may beep which is good. Or it may not. Release the button and let it rise automatically thru its various stops. Then set it to the level you want. 
Even after that, it did it again. I turned it off for several days and today reset it according to directions and what customer support told me. I'm using it at the high level and have not had the nerve to lower it and see what happens. Other than that... it was easy to assemble, it looks great, I love the up and down feature when it works. It would have been 5 stars except for this problem.

Help... it's haunted! Other than that, I love it.

Beautiful table and very smart controls but arrived damaged.

Called the manufacturer and they said - don't return it to Sams - we will ship you the broken part (wooden strip)

After a week - the manufacture says the item is backlogged and we don't know when it will be in stock.

By now I have thrown the packing material and boxes and I am sitting on a damaged table, which is heavy and cumbersome to return.

Good table but shipping damaged

Beautiful and elegant but The screws that hold the top with the legs didn't go thru.  I tried hard and no one could make them in.  Returned.  I look for a replacement but not in stock in the store.

Defective desk

The programming key do not work.  It won't reset and moves up and down at random.  First one came broken did an exchange and should have just returned it and got money back.

Do not buy

The glass top came off the stand. The buttons don't always work and it has to constantly be reset. Frustration from the minute we opened the box.

Don't buy!!

This desk arrived with broken glass and wood.  I will have to return.  Very disappointing yet this product is not available in store.
