Not a big fan of foam mattresses, but found this highbred for a very reasonable cost. Not being able to try it out before we bought. It was scary, but it turned out to be perfect.

The Perfect Mattress for Me

Firmer than I expected but found it comfortable form the first nite.  Very supportive with the memory foam and no telegraph movement when your spouse moves.  I’m a back and side sleeper.  No back or shoulder pain and arms do not fall asleep.  The memory foam will slowly form and even out pressure.  When you change positions, you will notice the prior position form.

This mattress is so comfortable. This mattress has good support and it forms to your body. It was on sale so that was a bonus.

Comfortable mattress

I just spent an hour on the phone with three different levels of customer support.
Bottom line:  Neither Sam's nor Serta will honor their White Glove Delivery Plus that was included with the mattress.
The listing says in the Highlights:
"White Glove Delivery+ included with online orders: set-up and mattress haul-away"
And in the Product Details:
"Removal & disposal of an old mattress or set"

I ordered this mattress online, but they would not pick up my old mattress.  One of the reps kept telling me that the old one also had to be a Serta in order for them to haul it away, which is just silly.

As for the mattress itself -- we love it.  It's more on the firm side, but it's a very comfortable sleep.  The mattress gradually gives in just the right spots to alleviate any potential sore points.  We've only had it a few days, but it looks much better than most bed-in-a-box mattresses that you can buy.  Yes, this one arrives full-sized -- no need to wait for it to expand.

Misleading White Glove Delivery+

I got up on it and it seems like it's going to be great.  But White Glove Delivery . . . when I asked the guy about booties he said they had none;  when I told them about Sam's policy he said he never heard of WGD.  They didn't offer to move anything which sat in his way, making a straight shot to the bedroom.  I had to move the furniture out of the way.  They handled my new mattress with dirty gloves; my old one too.

Just delivered

Good quality for the price, it seems well built.  The problem with this line, it appears that as the larger the mattress, the softer the feel, by a large margin.   We bought our son a full size mattress, and the feel felt amazing, definitely comfortable.  We liked his enough, we decided to buy the same mattress, but in a king size which you can't buy in stores, so we purchased online here at Sam's Club.  When it arrived, it felt nothing like the full size we had just bought, it is way, way softer, to the point I had to look close to make sure it was the same model.  I like a soft mattress, but you feel like you are sinking in this one, and I am a whopping 160 lbs.

If you like the feel of this mattress because of how the store models feel, the king will feel nothing like it.  Beware - nice mattress, but avoid king size.

Avoid King, It is WAY Softer Than Smaller Sizes

Bought this mattress today. It says it is a medium on the soft/firm scale. No, that is a lie. This mattress is FIRM. My 1/8 inch carpet has more softness than this mattress. If the tag said this was a Firm mattress, I would believe it. The grass outside is less firm than this. 
I'll give this a day or two and see if it gets better. At least being in the military has given me the ability to fall asleep on any surface lol. So we will see.

HARD!

I bought this mattress 6 months ago. The first week it felt okay and time went on my hips and shoulders started aching halfway through the night. Spent 100’s on the chiropractor and massage. Then realized it has to be the mattress. This is a more firm mattress. On the hunt for another one.

More firm than medium

The mattress I received sounds like it is stuffed with Rice Krispies. It makes a crinkly sound when you sit or lay on it.  I notified Sam's of the problem within 15 minutes of getting the mattress and I have been getting the runaround ever since.   Sam’s passes the buck to Serta who could care less about it.  I am going to have to dispute the charge and purchase a mattress somewhere else.
